You don't need to earn the "Perfect!" Check, You'll get this after you find the overall 15th hidden MuiMui in your playthrough. You'll have to get every LocoRoco in each of the 8 stages of World 4 to get this trophy. If you need some tips on how to do this, check, Once you unlock the MuiMui Crane minigame, play it and catch a LocoRoco with your crane and this trophy will pop.
